Access for everyone
A site everyone can use comfortably.
We want every visitor to be able to read, navigate, and book with us, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology brings them here. Accessibility is not a box we check once. It's part of how we build this site, and keep building it.
Where we stand
Honest about where we are.
We're not going to pretend this is finished. Accessibility work never really is. Here's where things stand right now, and where we're headed.
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That's the standard we build toward, an ongoing goal we keep chasing, not a certification we're claiming or a third-party audit we've completed.
Here's what's in place today: semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can move through the page in order, dialogs you can open and close with just a keyboard, and focus states you can actually see on every surface, light or dark. If your system asks for reduced motion, we listen: the scroll effects and animations quiet down. Meaningful images carry alt text that describes what's actually in them, and our color palette is contrast-checked: body text meets the 4.5:1 AA threshold everywhere it appears.
A few pieces aren't ours to fully control. The Spotify and Apple Podcasts players, Stripe checkout, and our Flodesk signup forms are built and maintained by their own companies, and they may not meet the same bar we hold for the rest of the site.
If something's hard to read or hard to use, tell us. Reach out through our contact page and we'll fix what we can.
